CANCELLATION POLICY
Appointments must be canceled at least 36 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 36 hours, or missed appointments (no-shows), will incur a 50% cancellation fee. This includes making changes to appointments day of. All deposits are non-refundable. If an appointment requiring a deposit is canceled or missed, the deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to reschedule.
